March is National Senior Nutrition Month, the perfect time to talk about the importance of healthy nutrition and its effect on the health and wellness of older adults! It is also a great time to make older adults and caregivers aware of the Eldercare Locator, Area Agencies on Aging (AAAs) and the many services available within communities that help older adults live well and independently at home.
