Hours of Operation:
Speak with an information specialist at the Eldercare Locator from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, Monday – Friday. After business hours, you can get the phone number for an agency in your area that provides information for older adults and caregivers. Messages left with the Eldercare Locator will be returned the next business day.
TDD/TTY Service:
Access your local relay service or dial “711” for your relay operator. Instruct the Relay Operator to connect you to the Eldercare Locator at 1-800-677-1116.
Information in Spanish and other Languages:
A Spanish-speaking information specialist is available when you call the Eldercare Locator from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, Monday – Friday. Language interpretation service for 150 languages is also available during these business hours.
